Trockadero Gloxinia Ballet Company was formed in 1972 as the first all-male drag ballet company. The troupe played both the roles of men and women, often making it comedic, but also highlighting their talents en pointe. Larry Ree under his stage name, Ekathrina, is shown here, his form flawless and wearing a beautiful lavish costume.
