This print most likely came from a publication French cartoonist Ferdinand-Sigismond Bac worked for such as Le Rire. Though untilted, it is still a lovely piece that holds some of the humor Bac was known for, as women try to distract a seemingly-serious man. Bac's reprinted signature in the bottom right.
