Artist Jupp Wiertz was born in Aachen in 1888 and studied in Berlin and Leipzig. He later went on to work on publicity for the German Reichsbahn, Zeppelin production art designs, and for Lufthansa.

This poster is telling people to vote for Hitler because of the supposed income he has brought for the German people. The Wank is a mountain located near the Austrian border. It is a popular destination for paragliding as the highest altitude on the mountain is 5,846 ft. This poster advertises a hotel on the mountain, pictured is a man placing a coat around a woman in formal attire. The artist Fritz Uhlich created many posters of this same style, advertising Wank mountain and also working for some fashion brands and various german cities.
