For card purchases we work with an authorized payment agent that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by external parties.
Poster Museum accepts returns within 7 days of the delivery date. If an item is returned in the same original condition we will provide a full refund or an exchange of an item of equal or lesser value. In the instance that an items is returned please send a request within 48 hours to email@example.com. Refunds and exchanges are not possible after this period so please ensure you make your purchases carefully before committing to the sale.
When choosing a vintage poster it is important to keep in mind that it is an original artifact that was not necessarily made to last and is, in most cases, extremely old. While the majority of our posters are in very good condition many posters will undoubtedly show aging in the way of folds and tears. Please inspect the poster carefully before making a purchase by clicking on the item in each product page. This function will enlarge the image giving you the ability to see up close and in full detail the posters true condition. This is one of the most important features on our website as it allows customers to make informed decisions when choosing a poster that suits their needs. While, we believe that minor flaws reveal the fragile nature of the poster and its true condition as ephemera we also understand that sometimes things just are not quite right.
In summary, a full refund can be made as long as the following guidelines are adhered to:
- We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery, after this time all sales are considered final.
- The piece must be returned in the same original condition.
- The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days after the sale date. Once the order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to the post office website where your order can be tracked.
All shipments made at postermuseum.com are processed and dispatched from our Manhattan gallery. We ship to most international countries.
We will send your parcel according to the shipment option you have selected. Please note that outside of the US customs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost does not cover any additional taxes or administrative fees your local government or territory might charge, so please check with your local authorities prior to making a purchase, particularly if you live outside of the United States or in the UK.
USPS Standard delivery
$20 (USA only)
Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days (to residential addresses Monday to Saturday and commercial addresses Monday – Friday), and orders placed by 12pm on Saturday will be shipped the next business day on the Monday.
FedEx Express delivery $45 (USA only)
Order placed before 3pm EST. will be shipped the next business day (Tuesday-Friday)
Please note that during busy periods your order may take slightly longer to process.
USPS Standard International Delivery $75
Orders will be delivered between 7-14 business days depending on the location.
FedEx Express International Delivery $120 - $175
Orders will be delivered between 5-10 business days depending on the location.
