When it comes to card purchases, we collaborate with an authorized payment agent who assists us in directly verifying the validity of your card with your bank. Exchange Policy:
The Poster Museum offers the option for exchanges within a period of 5 days from the date of delivery. If an item is returned in its original condition, we will facilitate an exchange with an item of equal or lesser value. To initiate an exchange, please send a request to postermuseum@gmail.com within 48 hours of returning the item. It is important to note that exchanges will not be possible after this specified timeframe, so we kindly request customers to carefully consider their purchases before finalizing the sale.
When selecting a vintage poster, it is crucial to bear in mind that these are original artifacts that may not have been designed to withstand the test of time. As a result, many posters may exhibit signs of aging such as folds and tears. We encourage customers to thoroughly examine the poster before making a purchase by clicking on the item on the product page. This feature allows for an enlarged and detailed view of the poster's true condition, enabling customers to make well-informed decisions based on their individual needs. While we appreciate that minor imperfections reflect the delicate nature and ephemeral quality of the poster, we also understand that sometimes customers may find them unsatisfactory.
To summarize, exchanges are possible if the following guidelines are followed:
1. Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery, as after this period all sales are considered final.
2.The item must be returned in its original condition.
3. The customer is fully responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange process.
Shipping
After the sale date, your order will undergo processing within a span of 4-10 business days. Once the order has been shipped, we will promptly send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the post office website, where you can track the progress of your order.
All shipments from postermuseum.com are handled and dispatched from our Manhattan gallery. We offer shipping services to most international countries.
Your parcel will be shipped based on the selected shipment option. It's important to note that for shipments outside of the United States, any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost covers the transportation expenses only and does not include any additional taxes or administrative fees that may be imposed by your local government or territory. Therefore, we advise you to verify with your local authorities before making a purchase, especially if you reside outside of the United States or in the UK.
USPS Standard Delivery:
The cost for USPS Standard delivery is $20, applicable to orders within the USA only. We aim to ship orders within a timeframe of 1-5 business days. Please note that for residential addresses, shipments are made from Monday to Saturday, while for commercial addresses, shipments are processed from Monday to Friday. If you place an order by 12pm on Saturday, it will be shipped on the following business day, which is Monday.
FedEx Express Delivery:
For FedEx Express delivery within the USA, the cost is $45. This option is available exclusively for orders within the country. If you place your order before 3pm EST, it will be shipped on the following business day. Please note that business days for shipping purposes are from Tuesday to Friday.
During peak periods or busy times, there is a possibility that your order may require slightly more time to process. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we strive to fulfill orders as promptly as possible.
USPS Standard International Delivery:
The cost for USPS Standard International Delivery is $75. Delivery times for international orders typically range between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination location. Please note that the specific duration may vary based on the location of delivery.
International Delivery via FedEx Express:
Our international delivery service through FedEx Express is available at a cost ranging from $120 to $175. Depending on the location, orders shipped using this service can be expected to arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that the actual delivery time may vary based on the specific destination.
