Vintage French travel poster presenting one of the many possible excursions to be had in the Normandy region. Illustrated on the poster is a scene of the Rue aux Fevres (Street of Blacksmiths) in the town of Lisieux. This architectural gem of a street is one of the oldest streets of Lisieux, the layout having existed all the way back in Gallo-Roman times. Unfortunately, all the buildings were destroyed in WWII bombings, making this poster a record of a bygone era.
