This pretty picture of a dining hall of an English school is from a series called "Famous Public Schools on the L.M.S." Public schools in England have fees unlike American public schools, which are much less impressive.

The fourteenth-century College Hall and great schoolroom with its hammer-beam roof recall the day when Westminster was a monastic school..."
