Original propaganda poster from "Der Fuhrer" during World War II. According to the V&A Museum, "WHW" was the abbreviation and symbol for the Winterhilfswerk, a German Third Reich charity providing "Winter Help" for needy civilians and soldiers during the coldest months of World War II.
