This design by Oskar Kokoschka was used as one in a series of 24 posters created for the 1972 Munich Olympics. This version does not have the words 'Olympische Spiele München 1972' below it, but other versions do. Kokoschka was an Austrian artist known for his intense expressionistic portraits and landscapes.
Condition: Poor; please note piece missing from top left-hand corner and small tears along borders.
