This framed poster is signed by screenwriter vJohn Corigliano and librettist William Hoffman and was originally used to promote the Metropolitan Opera's performance of 'The Ghosts of Versailles' (1980). This was its first scheduled performance and occurred on the Met's 100th anniversary celebration in 1983.
