An industrial incentive poster created during World War II to reduce factory waste, improve workplace efficiency, and accelerate military production among factory employees. Produced by the RCA Manufacturing Company as part of its internal “Beat Your Promise” campaign, the poster encouraged assembly line workers to meet and exceed wartime manufacturing quotas for military equipment.
