This black and white poster promotes the historic château in Chantilly, Oise, Île-de-France. Composed of the Petit and Grand Châteaux (the latter of which was destroyed in the French Revolution, then rebuilt in 1870), the château is home to the Musée Condé, one of France's finest collections of art. Poster features a view of the château from the water, and a small map of France in the bottom left with its location marked.
One in a series of French travel posters designed to promote tourism and travel by train, specifically advertising the country's beautiful historic monuments accessible by train.
