An art exhibition poster for a collection of Antoni Tàpies' (1923-2012) paintings from 1945-1965 at the London Institute of Contemporary Arts from June 3rd until July 3rd, 1965. Tàpies was a Catalan Spanish painter, sculptor, and art theorist who has been associated with a number of art movements such as Art Informel and Surrealism. His work with mixed media and incorporating non-artistic elements into his pieces is perhaps some of his most influential contributions to art theory to date.
