This lovely turn-of-the-century poster promotes France's annual Bastille Day celebrations. This specific event is for charity for all those who are in need. A woman is shown with many children asking for money while below a scraggly soldier marches on. This poster is meant to inspire generosity for the sake of one's fellow Parisians. This is an original vintage poster.
