This antique safe deposit box is from a bank that was on Chambers Street in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan. These safe deposit boxes have withstood the test of time and have been carefully maintained to their original quality. Boston-based safe and vault company, Remington & Sherman, Co., crafted and subsequently stamped their insignia on the interior of the boxes.

Year: Boxes were potentially crafted in the mid-1900s and in commercial use up until the 1980s.
