Lefor Openo is the pseudonym of two French illustrators, Marie-Claire Lefort and Marie-Francine Oppeneau, who met as art students in Paris and began working together on collaborative pieces in the mid-1950s. They were very prolific, creating a lot of poster art throughout the 1950s and 1960s, and with an impressively wide range of subjects.
