This vibrantly-colored film poster advertises Paramount Pictures' 1993 sci-fi comedy 'Coneheads', inspired by SNL's original sketch comedy series of the same name. While both the SNL version and the film version starred Dan Akroyd and Jane Curtin, the film was considered a box office failure to the popularity and success of its television counterpart. The premise of the sketch/film revolved around the lifestyle of a family of aliens who had large, conical shaped heads and would say odd remarks such as 'Consume mass quantities', as seen here on the poster.
