Vintage Belgian travel poster encouraging travel to Ostend to see a panoramic mural of the Yser Battle from World War I. One section of Alfred Bastien's mural is pictured here, a fearful sight of burning buildings, the sky full of gray plumes of smoke. The installation of Bastien's mural in Ostend was an attempt to attract some English "war-tourism" to the city.
