"Camp Kee Tov"
Commissioned to celebrate Camp Kee Tov, a highly popular Jewish day camp run by Congregation Beth El in Berkeley, California. The camp began in the late 1960s.
Goines, known for his Arts & Crafts and Art Nouveau-inspired style, used a 10-color offset-printing process for this work. The figure's attire and intricate patterns are characteristic of his approach, which frequently blended commercial advertising with fine art.
