Vintage political poster encouraging all citizens to protect their rights by registering and voting. Illustrated on the poster is a rousing scene of a battle-worn man raising his fist, surrounded by banners listing the many rights he has to fight for. The poster was created by visionary social realist artist Ben Shahn, considered to be one of the great American artists of the 20th century. Many of his posters, including this one, have been shown in museums like MoMA and the Met.
