"Rudge-Whitworth / Britain's Best Bicycle"
Rudge-Whitworth would later exclusively towards production of motorcycles, but at the turn of the century, they were best known for their bicycles. While there is no artist signature on this, the illustration itself is beautiful and still retains a colorful vibrancy.
