This pretty picture of a dining hall of an English school is from a series called "Famous Public Schools on the L.M.S." Public schools in England have fees unlike American public schools, which are much less impressive.
"The buildings of Westminster School lie to the south of the Abbey. They are of all ages from the twelfth century to the twentieth, and together they form a group of great interest and beauty. The fourteenth-century College Hall and great schoolroom with its hammer-beam roof recall the day when Westminster was a monastic school..."
