"INTO BURMA / Infantrymen, both British and Indian, lead the Fighting Fourteenth Army's advance into Burma. These men are living and fighting a bitter campaign through jungle, marsh and swamp; over mountains, in tropical heat and monsoonal rain. All the time they are establishing more firmly their superiority over the retreating Japanese. The "footsloggers" do the job. These pictures show some of the difficulties they surmount as they go on beating the Jap, bringing final victory nearer every day."
This poster features a collection of photographs that depict soldiers from various regiments in action against the Japanese during WWII.
