Poster depicting Flemish artist Peter Paul Rubens, 1577-1640, and advertiing international Rubens Year in Antwerp. 400 years after his birth, in 1977, there were festivities, exhibitions, and more, planned in the city to celebrate the artist; there was even a Coordination Committee of International Rubens Year 1977.
