Black and white poster advertising the second part of WNET-TV's 1975 series "THE SILENT YEARS", the first part having been released in 1971. The show featured a series of films from the American silent film era. The first part was hosted by Orson Welles, the second by Lillian Gish, sponsored by American savings bank The Bowery.

The poster features illustrated black-and-white portraits of protagonists/recognizable characters from the 12 films presented in the series. Below is a guide with a 'cheat sheet' listing which movies the figures belong to. The list of movies is as follows: 1. "What Price Glory?", 2. "The Eagle", 3. "The Iron Horse", 4. "The Phantom of the Opera", 5. "College", 6. "Broken Blossoms," 7. "Peck's Bad Boy", 8. "Tempest", 9. "Down to the Sea in Ships", 10. "Riders of the Purple Sage", 11. "Seventh Heaven", "12. "The Iron Mask".

Condition: Small creases at edge of poster and mild discoloration of paper at edges.
