Artist Francisque Poulbot 

1879-1946 

He opens clinic or rue Lepic for children in 1920, he is the eldest of seven children. Poulbot is a French neologism representing  street children. During WWII he is confined to house arrest in Paris by the Germans because of his posters and art in WWI.
