"Enjoy your trip, go by ship. Land of the Midnight Sun!"

This adorable cheery poster was published by the Norwegian America Line and the Norwegian State Railways to advertise travel to Norway. It is known as the land of the Midnight Sun because due to its latitude, there are many nights over the summer where there is very little darkness. A happy jester smiles with bushels of daisies, the sun nearly engulfing him.
