Original vintage comic strip released by the N.Y. War Transportation Committee. The comic illustrates a dinner conversation between a husband and wife, who reveals to the dismay of her husband that he will have to be walking to work tomorrow. Presumably comics like these were created to poke some light hearted fun at the need to conserve energy and oil during the World War II war effort.
