"de Ceylan, des Indes, Si vous désirez le meilleur thé achetez celui de la maison qui le récolte."

Translation: Lipton Tea of Ceylon (Sri Lanka), India, if you desire the best tea, buy this one from the house that collects it.

This original vintage poster is from when Sri Lanka was a British colony that Britian mainly used for tea production. Lipton tea, famous today, got its start from the plentiful resources Sri Lanka has to offer. In these tea fields, woman are shown happily working with smiles on their faces. Was that necessarily the truth...?
