Original vintage poster for a release of an Iranian arts magazine. The poster design incorporates script into the design itself, so that calligraphy becomes part of the visual medium.
On the bottom it has the name and address of book stores which distribute the quarterly.
On the top a Persian poem by Rumi
Rough translation: I learn what it means to love from your perfection , I learn how to craft verse and song from your beauty
in the hidden chamber of my heart your image dances, I learn the grace of a joyful dance from your fantasy
