This black and white poster promotes the Hotel des Echevins in Luxeuil-les-Bains, Haute-Saône, a town hall building built in the 15th century. The Flamboyant Gothic building served as a meeting place for mayors and aldermen, as well as a watchtower during times of trouble. Poster features a photo of the building, a smaller photo of its baths, and a small map of France at the bottom left with its location marked.

One in a series of French travel posters designed to promote tourism and travel by train, specifically advertising the country's beautiful historic monuments accessible by train.
