"Streets and Canals in Venice 61"

Plate 61 includes the following note in the book's annex: "RIO TERRA DEI CATECUMENI, at S. Gregorio's. - This Canal is a closed up forming a causeway and is one of the most picturesque interior bits of Venice; it leads to the church of S. Maria della Salute, of which the dome and two small bell-towers are visible from it."
