Plate 96 includes the following note in the book's annex: "S. MARIA DELLE GRAZIE. - This island contained a convent of Capuccin nuns dependant on another in Mazzorbo. Nothing now remains either of the little church or of the covent, or of the bell-tower which was desproyed by lighting. The island finally became mulitary out-post"
